Request – The Returns without any defects on the products put a lot of stress and cost on the business. One reason why we see some products costs are so high. Our motive is to provide high quality decor and other home products at a competitive but low prices.
Our refund and returns policy is dependent on an item to item and case to case basis. Below is an explanation of how this works with us:
Religious items, Religious decor and related products are non-returnable
All other items in the store are returnable in 3 days after receiving, only if they have manufacturing defect. Photo evidence is required of the damage. Also please reach out to email@example.com to get an RMA# which confirms the approval of the returns.
We will revise the returns policy as we add more products to our portfolio
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (where applicable).
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return tracking number (RMA#). Please do not return the item without RMA#.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery (when approved) – 15% restocking fee applies
- Item returned without any damage (exceptions and after approval) – 15% restocking fee applies
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or , within 7-10 businesss days. This time could be greater depenidng on which bank/credit card is being used.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you to take care of that.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com. We will coordinate and guide thru the process to keep it as simple as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
