Returns & Refunds: Honesty is the key policy

At Kreative Eye Home, we’re committed to your satisfaction! We want you to love your home decor purchases, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we offer a streamlined return process for eligible items. Our Returns is based on honesty. We check every single product irrespective of quantity bought and make sure they meet quality standards. We cover all our shipments with insurance and we work with shipment companies if a product is damaged during shipment. So you can buy from us with peace of mind that lost or broken shipments are covered.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Most home decor items can be returned within 3 days of receiving them, provided they are in original condition and unopened packaging.
  • Religious items are not eligible for returns due to their sacred nature. We kindly ask for your understanding.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Contact Us First: Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) by emailing our friendly customer support team at mailto:customersupport@kreativeeyehome.com. Mention “Return Request” and your order number in the subject line. This RMA# helps us track your return efficiently.
  2. Get Approval: For items outside the standard return window or with non-manufacturing defects, we’ll review your request and advise you accordingly. In some cases, a restocking fee might apply.
  3. Ship it Back: Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label (for defective items only).

Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Additional Information:

  • Sale items are unfortunately not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
